Just had Brad and Ulysses out at my apartment, they did a fantastic job and were extremely professional, would highly recommend!
12/10. The customer service was outstanding all around! Sarah was very communicative, accommodating, and scheduled our replacement as soon as possible. Brad and Yuley came to replace our broken patio glass. They were very professional, fast, and were eager to answer all my questions. Not to mention, the price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend to anyone!
This group was very easy to work with and very dependable. I expressed some urgency to get a pane in my front door fixed, and they made it happen. They even coordinated times with my tenant! Highly recommend
I had a broken window in the front of my home and called around trying to find someone to fix it. My first few calls seemed to be answered at call centers in New Delhi. When I called Austin Sliding Door, Sarah put me at ease and assured me they could replace my window and gave me a rough estimate based on a picture I texted to her. She called me back and scheduled an appointment to measure the same day. Brad arrived right on time and quickly took the necessary measurements for a new custom window. Sarah called me as soon as the window was ready to schedule an install. Brad and Uli were again right on time and finished the job in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their service.
Our patio door was in decrepit condition. They offered a reasonable repair cost but the cost to replace wasn't much more for a much superior product. Brad and yuley came out to install after a pretty extensive door manufacturer lead time of 4 months. Very happy with the product and their service was excellent from the get go. Recommended!
The deed got done! We now have a super nice sliding door and screen. My original consultation was with Jeff, and he was very thorough and patient. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, I was able to speak with Sarah over the phone. She was always quick to answer and return phone calls. She made me feel like I was a super important customer. On the day of the job, Brad and Ulises were impeccable. They got the job done and gave me a little demo at the end. For a nice new sliding door, this is the company that you want!
